We are looking for new team members

Hepako continues to develop. As a medium-sized family-owned company, we manufacture precise rubber and silicone components, in particular micro parts and small parts for demanding technical applications – including customers from the medical technology and industrial sectors.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our team and currently have two exciting positions to fill.

One key role is Customer & Project Support in a Technical Environment. This position acts as an interface between customers, production, engineering and quality. We are looking for someone who understands technical customer inquiries, coordinates topics reliably and independently follows up on projects as well as ongoing customer matters.

We are also looking for support in the area of Quality Management & Quality Assurance. This position involves a responsible role covering our quality management system, audits, complaints, measuring equipment, documentation, material compliance and close coordination with production, customers and suppliers.

Both positions offer the opportunity to take on responsibility, work closely with our products and processes and actively contribute to the further development of Hepako.
